The Lone Grazer creates cheeses with a sense of adventure. At our urban creamery in Northeast Minneapolis we use milk from grass-fed Minnesota cows and combine local influences to give traditional cheeses a new Minnesota accent.
The Lone Grazer Creamery came to fruition through the combined vision of Kieran, the entrepreneur still dreaming of those Irish farmscapes, and Rueben, the cheesemaker whose unique creations demanded a wider audience. The cheese made by these two characters tastes like fate.
The Lone Grazer lives at FOOD BUILDING, Kieran’s local craft food destination in Northeast Minneapolis. FOOD BUILDING is also the home of our sister company Red Table Meat Co, where they make salumi and promise simply: Good Meat Here. Our hideout isn’t secret – it’s the unmasking of where your food comes from.
