We specialize in growing rare, unique, and endangered heirloom and open pollinated vegetables, herbs and flowers.
Our seasonal produce is available direct to consumers via our CSA and an on-line farmstand, as well as heirloom seedlings in the spring.
In addition to providing fresh produce to the public and fine restaurants, our primary mission of preserving biodiversity is fulfilled as seed savers with the maintenance of our seed bank with well over 6,000 crop varieties to date. As an example, the farm grows over 350 different tomato varieties every single year.
Biodiversity is a key to not only changing food systems, but keeping food traditions alive.
