At Dashing Star Farm, we are proud to operate in a humane, sustainable manner. Our livestock are free-ranged on rotated pastures and fed locally grown forages and whole grains. Our yarns, wool and sheepskins are naturally processed in MI and WI. Our lamb is USDA inspected and our eggs are Grade AA. All value-added products are made one-by-one at our farm.
Our meat and egg products have been regularly featured on the menus at numerous fine restaurants, including Agritourismo, Bar Bouloud, Blanca, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Boqueria Soho, Bouley, Chaiwalla, Daniel, Fish & Game, Flatbush Farm, Harney & Sons Tea Café, Joe Doe, Manna Dew, Number 9, Purdy’s Farmer & the Fish, Red Devon, Roberta’s Pizza, Siggy’s Good Food, Stissing House, The Tangled Vine, Tavern, 36 Main, and Vinegar Hill House.
