While Sarah Van Orden is the 12th generation of her family to farm, she branched out and started her own farm in the Finger Lakes from the ground up, which is now home to brown cows, spotted pigs, and speckled chickens. Our 50 milking cows are mostly Brown Swiss, a unique breed known for their rugged hardiness, docility, and high fat & protein milk, which produces exquisite cheese. Farming is our passion & truly a labor of love. Our cheeses are all hand crafted by Sarah as well.
