Bruce and Stacie Meinders started a farm fresh dairy on their home place 6 years ago with the hope that they could provide their local community with a fresh product that is enjoyable and healthy. Bruce’s family has been on his farm for over 100 years and he is proud to be able to produce his own milk for the creamery that he operates. He is the head cheese master and the mind behind all of the cheesy creations. Stacie is a mainstay on the dairy and makes sure that things run smoothly and on time. They are the parents of 3 beautiful kids and have many ties to the local community.

Products Overview

 Cheese Curds

Fresh White: Curds with a natural crazy cow taste. Great for any party, or just a night in with a glass of wine. If you like deep fried, these are your pick. Add a light breading and toss them in.
Ranch: Young and squeaky cheese curds with a hint of ranch! A good afternoon snack or late at night when you just need that cheese fix.
Garlic and Dill: Creamy cheese curds lightly tossed in garlic and dill. A favorite among the local kids for their burst of flavor.
Lemon and Dill: A light lemon taste with a hint of dill that so many people keep coming back for. Perfect for that afternoon get together.
Cajun: For those of you that need a little southern Cajun style in your life. Mild enough to keep going back for more but spicy enough to make your mouth water.
Buffalo: Feeling reckless and crazy? Try these spicy curds at your own risk! We made them to satisfy those that want to tempt fate.
 Gouda Cheese

Garlic and Chives: This cheese contains tons of flavor in a mix of chives and garlic. The rumor goes that the bountiful flavor in this cheese will have a stimulating effect on all of your activities.
Sweet Basil: A beautiful cheese that will not only please your taste buds, but your visual senses as well. Basil seasoning is added for a blend you will want again and again. Great for snacking as well as cooking. Melt it in tomato soup, on a grilled cheese sandwich, melt over pasta and serve with wine. This makes for a crowd pleasing cheese.
Chipotle: This cheese is an infusion of smoky chipotle spice and zesty peppers in buttery Gouda, hand-rubbed with a rich chipotle powder for an extra bold flavor.
Habanero: Not for the mild palate! This cheese, in a Gouda base, is fantastic for the heat lover. With great Habanero flavor and some heat to match. For the mild palate this will be very hot. Melt it into your chili, use it on a sandwich, or shred it for your tacos.
 Cheddar Cheese

Sharp Cheddar: Wonderfully natural and full flavored. It’s sharp but creamy on the tongue. Bring it to room temperature before serving, Serve with crackers, fruits, and nuts, or with cured meats. Pair with a bright white wine like Pinot Grigio or Torrontes, or a smooth hoppy beer like a Pale Ale.
Farmers Cheddar: A hard, rindless white cheese which is firm but springy in texture with a mild, milky and buttery flavor which may be used in a way likened to Colby or Cheddar.
Five Pepper: This semi-soft, open textured cheese is spicy to taste yet leaves a delicate and buttery taste in the mouth. It is great to use in quesadillas, crackers or on hamburgers. Five Pepper also goes well with jalapeno peppers, melons, grapes, pickled vegetables, and olives
