Located in upstate New York and Vermont, Adirondack Grazers is a cooperative of over 10 small family farms that raise 100% grass fed or pasture raised, grain-finished beef.
The cooperative can deliver whole, half or quarter fresh carcasses or frozen family packs of 10 to 40 pounds of mixed cuts and burger meat. All beef is slaughtered and aged locally at small-scale, USDA certified facilities.
Given the nature of cooperatives, each farm is able to maintain its identity and individuality and retain complete transparency as to how meat is raised, treated, slaughtered, and delivered.
