How do I sign up?
You can create an account here where you’ll choose a plan type, enter your e-mail address, choose a password, and provide your zip code.

Can I downgrade, upgrade, or cancel my account?
Yes, at any time.

Can any buyers with a FarmersWeb account see my inventory and order from me?
All buyers will be able to see your farm profile and products listings. If buyers are located within one of your delivery zones, or within 350mi of a pickup zone, they'll also be able to add your products to their cart and order from you if you accept online orders. You will be asked to confirm orders before buyers get charged/invoiced.

Can I direct buyers right into my FarmersWeb account?
Yes. Please see the internal support page once you have a FarmersWeb account for directions on how to do so.

From how far away can I see producers?
You can choose from local (<150mi), regional (<350mi), and national.

Can I pay by methods besides credit card?
Yes, at the discretion of the producers. Please contact them directly to arrange terms so you can order from them on FarmersWeb without a credit card.

Can I order from multiple producers at once?
Yes. You can add products to your cart from multiple producers and checkout in one transaction.
